Stéphanie, overwhelmed by haste, began caramelizing the apples in butter and sugar… but forgot to line the baking tin with pastry! Not wanting to waste everything, she quickly covered the apples with a disc of puff pastry and put it all in the oven, hoping for a miracle.

TARTE TATIN MISTAKE IN THE KITCHEN

The result? A masterpiece. An upside-down cake with a unique taste – crispy and tender at the same time that immediately won over the customers.
